Refund policy
Due to the nature of our food products, we only accept return requests for items that arrive damaged or incorrect.
To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at help@ventronebarbecue.com with:
- A photo of the damaged or incorrect item
- Your order number
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We do not cover return shipping costs, and no physical return is required for damaged or incorrect items.
All other sales are final.
